Vinny was a full time musician, booking agent and artist manager for many years in Connecticut and Nevada. Vinny has served as Director of Label and Artist Relations for Indie Extreme, a company that provides back office support, vendor coordination and marketing services to independent artists and record labels. Vinny was also the COO and on the board of American Music Channel, an online site for music videos of all genres.

Vinny has been a small business consultant for 5 years, and is the author of “CEO Secrets – What They Know About Business That Every Entrepreneur Should”. The book is a product of being mentored by some of the greatest business minds in the world, and then coaching literally over 1000 business owners and entrepreneurs.
