Terry is the founder and president of FUSELAGE, located outside Nashville, TN. FUSELAGE is a ministry that exists to enable artists to fulfill their calling and advance their ministries. Terry, a former youth pastor, has been working with Christian Artists since 1995, whether as a concert promoter, booking agent or now, artist manager.

Many people call what Terry does “artist management” but its much more than that. Terry is not just focused on advancing an artist’s career but also working with local churches to advance the Kingdom of God. In the part, Terry worked with artists such as Spooky Tuesday, By The Tree, Circadian Rhythm, Building 429 and DecembeRadio and was involved in their development and helping them launch their careers.

FUSELAGE works with artists with or without a label, enabling them to have access to Radio, Retail, and Touring using the tools that the industry has to assists artists in fulfilling their mission. The changing climate requires a great deal of flexibility, innovation, and Terry is passionate about training artists. He is part of a team that has put on 4 FEEDBACK Conferences to give artists the tools and training to be effective in their callings. Above all else the heartbeat of what Terry does promoting the glory and the Fame of the Son of God far above any of the artists that he works with. (Isaiah 26:8)

In addition to his work in the Music industry. For the last fifteen plus years Terry Weaver has been traveling extensively, challenging tHIS Generation about the message of the cross and the purpose God has for their lives. This journey has taken him across the country and to several foreign countries, including Texas. Along the way there have been stops at various events including camps, retreats, revivals, Disciple-Nows, Rallies, conferences, workshops, leadership training, concerts, festivals, all-nighters, crusades, church services, youth groups, Christian schools and college chapels. If he’s speaking to students for one of the largest churches in America, or on a Sunday morning at one of the smallest, the message stays the same. He has a passion for tHIS Generation, whether it is youth, college students, or young adults. God has given Terry a special gift in his ability to communicate the Truth of the Gospel. His deepest desire is to draw others to Jesus and encourage Christians to go “deeper” in their walk with God.
