Rick Welke is President/CEO of The Passion Group & Passion Communications which desires to further the Gospel and its impact on culture, especially as it relates to media and music. Rick also serves as the consultant/editor for Christian Music Weekly (CMW) that offers up information, news, and format charts to the music industry for free.

His experience includes artist management, consulting services for record labels, radio stations, and artists, serving as Christian Music Editor for Radio & Records (a mainstream trade publication), company management, radio station programming and marketing, youth pastor, and Youth for Christ staffer.

But beyond all of the experience God has allowed him to be involved in, his ultimate goal is to serve Christ and to be a servant to artists, helping them reach their goals and objectives in service with the talent that they have been given.
